Shipping & Return Policy

 

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed Monday through Friday. (No Orders Will Be Processed During Saturdays/Sundays). If an order is placed Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed the following Monday. Please allow up to 3-5 business days to process your order. During holidays season shipping may take longer.

 

 If any changes need to be made to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. If you fail to contact us with said changes we will not be liable after 24 hours.


Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been
processed (may take up to 48 hours). You will also receive a second e-mail once your
order has been shipped which will include your tracking number.


Important Note: If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery,
please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 24-48 hours for
the tracking information to show.


Please allow 7-14 business days for international orders. Once your order is outside of
the US, it is your responsibility to follow up with your tracking information. Once your
order says delivered, we will assume you have received your purchase.
(We are NOT responsible for customs fees for international orders.)

 

 

Refund/Return Policy 

Please note that WE DO NOT REFUND money understand any circumstances. All sales are FINAL and cannot be canceled once placed. We do not accept returns of lashes due to sanitary reasons.
